Services and Pricing
In my practice, I work exclusively with adults to provide individual counseling.
My rates are between $120 and $400, depending on the length of the session. For our initial consultation, I suggest a 90-minute mental health assessment for $170. If you decide that I am a good fit, future sessions can be either a 55-minute or a 45-minutes long.
For certain clients, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) may be an option. These sessions can be partially covered by insurance. KAP sessions are 2.5 to 3 hours long, you will be billed for the amount of time that we use. I collaborate with Sojourn Psychotherapy in Boise, Idaho for ketamine treatments.
Regular psychotherapy rates:
The length of session depends on what you find helpful as well as factoring in a lower cost option if needed. If you lack funds for counseling, I have limited scholarship opportunities.

Insurance
I do take insurance at this time. Please check with your carrier to ensure that my services are covered. Co-pays and the balance not covered by your insurance are your responsibility. I can provide a super-bill if you would like to submit this to your insurance company for out of network benefits.
No Surprises Act
On January 1, 2022 the No Surprises Act went into effect. This law was intended to reduce unexpected medical bills for medical patients. This is a new law and there is still conflicting information about implementation. I will be tracking these requirements and implementing them as I gain understanding. At this time, I will be providing a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of services for those who fall under these requirements and for those who request this document.
My rates are clear on my websites and my informed consent. I welcome discussions about my rates, frequency of sessions, and length of treatment as each person is unique in their mental health healing journey.
